We have set up some guidelines to make your stay as pleasant as possible

to do so. Your compliance contributes to excellent service for you and

other guests, both now and in the future. This house rules are set up to

ensure your stay is pleasant and trouble‑free. If you do not follow these house rules, the owner has the right to deny you access to the property.

1. Guests are required to record their details in the

digital attendance register (tablet). This is done for your own safety.

If you do not provide this information, the lessor is not liable for

any incurred damage. Privacy is very important to us. Your data will

be used solely for your safety.

2. You are in a rural area, please keep it quiet

between 10pm and 8am, which means no music and no personal music installations, ... The neighbors will be grateful.

3. Please sort your waste thoroughly! (Follow the sorting guide instructions)

4. Please leave the barbecue clean.

5. Please do not move the furniture.

6. Respect the material! Tenants are liable for damage caused by them

causing damage. Damage costs will be charged.

7. Glasses, plates and cutlery should be neatly washed before departure.

8. Please leave the holiday home broom‑clean after your stay.

9. Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden! If you wish to smoke, we ask

you to do so outside. Please dispose of your smoker's waste neatly in the

provided ashtray.

10. Pets are not allowed on our premises! (Only upon request

before your stay and with owners' permission)

11. The owners are not liable for:

- Accidents inside and outside the holiday home.

- Theft, loss or damage during or as a result of your stay.

12. Tenants are liable for loss and/or damage, both inside and outside the property, arising from your actions, negligence or third parties under your supervision in the house.

There must never be more persons present than the number stated in these rental conditions (children included). DeKleinheide shed: 8 persons; DeKleinheide farmhouse: 10 persons

Tents, caravans and motorhomes are not allowed.

If the stay exceeds the number of persons in the holiday home (including the premises), a penalty of 25% of the total rent per person present is payable immediately and further access to the holiday home will be refused immediately. When exceeding the maximum allowed persons, the lessor can at no time be held liable for any incurred damage.

The lessor cannot be held responsible for any disturbance or inconvenience during the stay in the holiday home if this results from unforeseen events. The lessor cannot be held responsible for inconveniences caused by third parties such as the municipality, province, etc.

No complaint will be considered if it is not reported to the lessor within 24 hours of taking possession of the holiday home. These reports must be made by phone to the lessor, followed by a confirmation by email. The same rule applies if something serious occurs during the stay in the holiday home; if it is not possible to reach an agreement, the tenant must have the complaint verified by a qualified professional, bailiff or notary, in order to obtain an objective judgment. This agreement is drafted and must be interpreted under Belgian law. All disputes arising from this agreement fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.

13. Commercial photography is not allowed!

14. The standard check‑out time is 11:00.

Late check‑out is possible upon prior request at the accommodation and for a small surcharge of €15 per hour to be paid in cash on site.

15. Use of the charging station is possible upon prior request and for a cash payment of €0.5 per kWh.

16. Departure

On the day of departure, the tenant must leave the holiday home at the time indicated in the booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. The tenant must leave the property broom‑clean.

• Empty the dishwasher – clean it and put everything back in place (10€)

• Empty all trash bins (bathrooms, toilets, and kitchen) (10€)

• Clean the oven, coffee makers and microwave (10€)

• When using the barbecue, clean it to the same state as when offered at your stay. (20€)

• Collect the sheets, pillowcases and towels in the hallway (the mattress cover may remain on the mattress) (15€)

• Dispose of waste in the designated containers at the back of the garden. (10€)

If these items are not completed, the stated amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
