We have established a few guidelines to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Your compliance with these will contribute to an excellent service for you and other guests, both now and in the future. This house rule is drawn up to ensure that your stay runs smoothly and without problems. If you do not comply with these house rules, the owner has the right to deny access to the property.

1. Guests are required to note their details in the digital presence register (tablet). This is done for your own safety.

If you fail to do so, the landlord will not be liable for any damage incurred.

Privacy is very important to us. Your data will only be used for your safety.

2. You are in a rural area, please keep it quiet from 22:00 to 08:00, this means: no music and own music installations, ... The neighbors will thank you.

3. Please sort your waste thoroughly! (Follow the instructions of the sorting guide)

4. Please leave the barbecue clean.

5. Please do not move the furniture.

6. Show respect for materials! Renters are liable for any damage caused by them. Costs of damage will be charged.

7. Glasses, dishes and cutlery should be neatly washed before departure.

8. Please leave the holiday home spotlessly clean after your stay.

9. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited! If you want to smoke, we kindly ask you to do so outside. Please dispose of your cigarette waste neatly in the provided ashtray.

10. Pets are not allowed on our property! (Only upon prior request and with permission from the owners)

11. The owners are not liable for:

- Accidents within and outside the holiday home.

- Theft, loss or damage during or as a result of your stay.

12. The renters are liable for any loss and/or damage, both inside and outside the property, that occurs as a result of their actions, negligence or third parties who are under their supervision in the house.

13. Commercial photography is not allowed!

14. The standard check-out time is mentioned in the booking arrangements on the website.

Late check-out is possible upon prior request to the accommodation and against a small additional fee of €15/hour, payable in cash at the location.

15. Use of the charging station is possible upon prior request and against a cash payment of €0.5/kWh

16. Departure

On the day of departure, the tenant must leave the holiday home at the hour mentioned in the booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. The tenant must leave the property spotlessly clean.

• The dishwasher should be emptied and cleaned, and everything put back in its place (€10)

• All trash cans (bathrooms, toilets, kitchen) should be emptied (€10) 

• Oven, coffee makers and microwave should be properly cleaned (€10)

• If you use the barbecue, it must be cleaned to the same state as when offered during your stay. (€20) 

• The bed linen, pillowcases and towels should be collected in the hallway (the protective cover may be left on the mattress) (€15) 

• Waste should be disposed of in the provided containers at the back of the garden. (€10)

If these points are not carried out, the previously stipulated amount will be deducted from the deposit.
