Cancellation conditions

Every cancellation by the guest must be reported to the landlord via email (DeKleinheide@outlook.com). The landlord will then charge the following amounts, depending on the remaining period between cancellation and the start of the rental period:

• Full refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check‑in.

• 50% refund if you cancel between 60 and 15 days before check‑in.

• No refund if you cancel less than 15 days before check‑in.

If the guest does not use the holiday home or leaves before the end of the rental period, no compensation will be made and the guest remains indebted for the total amount of the confirmation invoice to the landlord.

Cancellation by landlord

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the landlord must cancel the rental and unilaterally terminate the lease agreement, the guest will be immediately notified by email, and payments made by the guest will be refunded within 7 days.

If the cancellation of the lease agreement by the landlord is not due to force majeure, the landlord will refund the full amount.
